Confidential industry referral process
The 2026 edition uses a confidential industry referral route. Referral details and category-specific links are not published on this website.
For SWA 2026, candidates are identified through a confidential, invitation-only professional referral process. Selected institutions, professional associations, and knowledgeable individuals are invited to recommend women whose achievements merit consideration.
Referrals are reviewed for relevance and supporting evidence before proceeding through the applicable verification and independent assessment process. A referral is not itself a nomination, shortlist decision or award.
SWA 2026 is not accepting open public nominations and does not use public voting to determine recipients. Referral links are shared privately with authorized participants, and candidate information is handled confidentially.
